Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico Driver's License required
- CDL preferred for Operator positions
- Water Operator Certification required for Operator positions (Level I, II, or III depending on position)
- Laborer position requires no water certification but must be willing to learn and advance
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor and participate in an on-call rotation
