Tier 2 5,000 – 10,000 $10.00
Tier 3 10,00 – 15,000 $11.00
Tier 4 15,00 – 20,000 $12.00
Tier 5 20,000 – 30,000 $12.50
Tier 6 30,000 – 40,000 $13.50
Tier 7 40,000 – over $14.50
